British Values
Brirish Values at LPPS
At Langley Park Primary School, we actively promote the fundamental British Values of Individual Liberty, Rule of Law, Democracy and Mutual Respect and Tolerance.
To help our children understand and remember these important values, we use the acronym “I Really Do Matter” (IRDM): I – Individual Liberty, R – Rule of Law, D – Democracy and M – Mutual Respect and Tolerance.
These values are woven throughout school life, including our curriculum, assemblies and everyday interactions, helping pupils to understand their rights and responsibilities, respect the views and beliefs of others, make positive choices and play an active role in our school and wider community.​
