Governing Body

Our Governors are representatives of the local community, parents, school staff and the Trust. They bring a range of interests knowledge and skills to the school whilst working in a voluntary capacity.

 

Governors work closely with the Headteacher and school staff.

 

Governors are responsible for:

• raising standards of academic achievement

• recruitment of staff

• representing the views of the local community

• promoting the values and ethos of the school.

Governors ask questions, gather information and help make decisions about the school. Our school’s Governing Body meets once every term in school.
