Science
At Langley Park Primary School, we aim to deliver a rich, engaging, and knowledge-based Science curriculum. This approach supports children in developing a strong understanding of scientific concepts through clear progression, hands-on investigations, and real-world applications.
Each unit builds on prior learning and encourages children to ask questions, make predictions, carry out experiments, and draw conclusions. The curriculum is carefully sequenced to ensure full coverage of the National Curriculum, while also fostering curiosity, critical thinking, and a love of discovery.
Through White Rose Science, we aim to empower all pupils to think like scientists and understand the world around them with confidence and enthusiasm.
